Victims Compensation Assistance Program

If you are a resident of PA and have experienced sexual violence as a child or adult within the state, you may be eligible for Victim Compensation to assist with cost of counseling services. More information below.

VCAP

Victims Compensation Assistance Program for sexual assault survivors in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • VCAP (Victims Compensation Assistance Program) is a program for individuals who have experienced physical, emotional or financial harm due to a sexual violence crime in the state of PA. VCAP offers financial aid to victims and their families so they may receive counseling services or other needed support.

  • Direct victims of sexual abuse that has occurred in Pennsylvania either as a child or adult.

    Note that if the victim did not report or does not want to report the crime to authorities, they still remain eligible to submit a claim for counseling services.ere
